Chaitali was mentored at the world headquarter of the multinational giant, Johnson and Johnson, Brunswick, New Jersey, and later in J&J, Pennsylvania, under the Fortune Most Powerful Women/ US State Department Global Women Mentoring Partnership Programme-2017.

A sought-after speaker and mentor, who has travelled internationally and nationally on invitation to various forums, organizations, delegations and media channels, Chaitali Das, is invited to speak on varied topics like, Gender Equality, Women’s Empowerment, Corporate Governance and Sustainability and upon her own work, involving revival of jute and reformation of prison inmates. She is a strong voice in favour of women’s empowerment, against discriminatory policies and crimes against women.

Featured among four esteemed speakers at the Istanbul Summit, Chaitali Das was invited to deliver her speeche, on the theme, ‘Gender Equality & Peaceful Societies’, in the forum of Women leaders from 33 countries across the world and attended by over 6000 guests in Thailand, 2016.
